MARGAIX Education

1. Services

MARGAIX Education provides online GCSE and IGCSE Mathematics tuition delivered via scheduled one-to-one sessions.

All services are provided following an initial consultation and subject to availability.

Tuition fees are payable in advance.

Monthly tuition fees must be paid prior to the commencement of sessions.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of sessions.

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Missed sessions without notice are charged in full.

If MARGAIX Education needs to reschedule a session, reasonable notice will be provided and an alternative time offered.

Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.

If the tutor is unexpectedly delayed, the full session time will be honoured or rescheduled.

Students must have:

• A stable internet connection
• An iPad with stylus or writing tablet
• Access to BitPaper

MARGAIX Education is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side that prevent participation.

Tuition provides structured academic support and examination preparation.

While measurable progress is the objective, specific grades or examination outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Student effort and independent study remain essential components of academic success.

Either party may terminate tuition with two weeks’ written notice.

Outstanding fees remain payable.

MARGAIX Education reserves the right to terminate services where conduct is inappropriate or terms are not respected.

MARGAIX Education shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from tuition services.
